Fated for Love
The Braden’s Series Book 8
By: Melissa Foster
Releasing July 14th, 2014

Blurb
Librarian Callie Barnes has visions of reading and relaxing—and maybe having a few too many drinks—on her girls’ weekend away. Her hopes are crushed when her friends pull into a dude ranch instead of a spa, and she refuses to stay longer than one night. That is…until she realizes the ranch is owned by sinfully sexy, and dangerously rugged, Wes Braden—the subject of her late-night fantasies.

Fearless rancher Wes Braden thinks he’s the luckiest guy on the planet when the sweet, sexy librarian from his hometown shows up at his ranch. Their connection is white-hot, making it impossible for either to ignore their carnal desires. Wes is more than willing to convert sweet Callie from chick lit to a world of erotic romance, but Callie ties sex to love, and Wes avoids commitment like the plague.

Callie is thrust into physically demanding activities that ignite her deepest fears. Luckily, Wes is as tender as he is strong, and he’s there every step of the way to help her find her inner strength. With Callie’s influence, Wes might even discover that he’s been nursing a few fears of his own. Passion pulls Callie and Wes from their safe, comfortable lives into each other’s arms, and they’re about to find out just how alike they really are.

My Review
Callie is a librarian and doesn't have a wild side. She loves to read and relax. When her friends tell her they are going on a spa weekend she is reading to do the two things she loves. What she gets instead is a trip to a dude ranch. Not just any dude ranch the one run by the man she is crushing on. Wes is not looking forward to the overnight trip with four women guest. He doesn't fool with the ranch guest and has a strict policy on it. However when he sees one of the four women is Callie he begins to rethink his policy. They both aren't looking for love but they soon see they have something more growing between them than just friends.

Callie is quiet, doesn't like adventure and prefers her romance in books. She has fantasies about Wes but never thinks they will go anywhere. She doesn't believe in casual sex and likes to think she has to be in love to have it. Wes loves his ranch and his family. They are his two passions in life. Having seen his brother fall quickly for a woman he doesn't believe it will ever happen to him. He is a sweet, romantic guy that I don't think he even knew how much of one he was.

I always eagerly look forward to the next book in this series as I have fell in love with all the characters I have met so far. The author does a phenomenal job create people you fall in love with easily. I love how romantic Wes turns out to be. he really pulls out all the stops for Callie. Callie also does some changing as she does thing she never thought she would do. She learns to not really get over but overcome some of the fears she has in her life. She really has to open her heart and learn to trust Wes in this book. I like all of Callie's friends and in a way hate that they have husbands as they could have been another bunch of stories to hear.  I din't connect as well to Wes and Callie as I did other stories in this series but I still enjoyed them. If you have never tried one of these books they are a must read.
