Haunted Chemistry - Review

Haunted Chemistry by Lindsey R. Loucks

Blurb
When bookish college co-ed Alexis heads to the laundry room in her new apartment, she runs into Ian Reese, the chem lab partner she crushed on all last semester. And the guy who stood her up on their first date. But she’s down for an awkward reunion, and no better place than her creepy laundry room.

Ian has every intention of making amends, but just when Alexis begins to trust him again, a new threat calls more than their future together into question. A ghost from the apartment’s past is hellbent on revenge, and if he wants to get his girl, he’ll have to get the ghost first.

My Review
Alexis is creeped out by the laundry room in her apartment complex. She is surprised when she runs into Ian who she had a crush on last year and stood her up on their one date. Now both of them discover there is something strange about their apartment complex. A ghost wanting revenge. While they work together to stay safe they discover they still like each other. Now they just have to get rid of this ghost in order to move on to a relationship.

I liked this story. I will say it made me want to put locks on my cupboards and look for all my cats. Alexis and Ian are a great couple they just have to sort out why Alexis should give Ian another chance to date again. I think Alexis does a great job overcoming her fear to help save her cat and Ian. Even when she wants to run she doesn't and that made her a strong character. This ghost in this book doesn't give up. Ian won't give up either he wants to keep Alexis safe and uses everything he has ever heard to do so. They both work together to get out alive. This story will creep you out but if you are looking for something creepy and good give this one a try.
