My Review
Jenny aka Temptress can take any super heroes power with one kiss. She then gets that persons powers. She uses this to work her jobs and make money. On a mission to bring in a super hero and take his power till he has been freed from charges. All goes well until Thintank catches her. She has to take his powers so she can get the other super to jail. This leads her to get in trouble as Tank is the head super hero. While she should be able to return his powers with a kiss something doesn't go right. Now they are stuck close together until he gets them back. Between trying to unravel a madmans plot and sharing more kisses hoping things will go back to normal they begin to really fall for each other.
Jenny has more powers than she even knows. She uses them for good and hates to pull up the darker ones. She is confused as to why she can't return Thinktank's power and it bugs her cause she can now know what everyone is thinking and some things she doesn't want to know. A villain has appeared and it seems he knows Jenny but she doesn't know him. She realizes she has some gaps in her memory and he may be the only one to help her get them back. Tank is the boss and tries to keep things going smoothly. Jenny changes all that when se takes his power. Now he is staying close to her and he sees she is a great fighter and she is very hot. The two work great together and have loads of heat between them I really liked this story as the superheroes are amazing and I love all their powers. Jenny is one to jump into things and uses everything she has to put a stop to evil villains. I have to say I loved her very much. She is a phenomenal main character. If you like a story with lots and lots of action and or superheroes be sure to pick this up.

My Review
Ivory never wanted anyone to know she had a power. They call her an ice queen but they have no clue how true that really is. She is hiding from her family and doing what she has always dream and that is traveling. Working as a flight attendant she ends up having to use her powers on a crazy man. While her cover is blown she is saved by one of the Manhattan Ten Panther. Panther was on the plain to get some clues but got distracted by Ivory. He is impressed by her and takes her to the headquarters to help her. While she wants no part of staying in one place, Panther makes her rethink those things. She may be an ice queen but he heats her blood up. Now with a string of murdered supers turning up they work together to solve the mystery. Ivory's past may be the cause of this string of murders and tracking them down just may put Panther in danger. Ivory will have to dig deep to save the one that has claimed her.
Ivory seems like a snob to her coworkers but I liked her when she took a chance to help a child. You see she has a good heart then. She doesn't like having powers and would like to be normal but the supers show her that may not be possible anymore. She only wants to leave but she has to face the fact that she can't. She really hasn't used her powers to their extent but no she is working on them full power and learning to control them. Panther wants her from the start and not just as a new member of the team. He sees beyond the coldness of her to the heat beneath. The two counterbalance each other and help each other. There is danger, action and so much more in this book. I can't get enough of these super heroes.

My Review
Belle only wanted to be the best ballerina ever. She has worked hard all her life walking away from everything to get to where she is. Now just when she gets the role of a lifetime she suddenly manifest super powers. Her dreams may be over and now she has to learn to harness her powers. She has help from the Red Ruin. Ryan wants to help Belle and even while he is busy working hard she still keeps his attention. He can't stay away from her. The whole time he is helping her he is also keeping a secret. The secret just may destroy them.
I have to say at for a while I didn't like Belle. She seemed grouchy and I know her life has been changed but she just sees stuff for herself to me. I did feel sorry for her when I was hearing about her family but I would think having a family like she does she would act better. She did do a turn around towards the end for me. Ryan is so amazing. He is way overworked and at times he doesn't feel like he is important. He tries his best to show Belle she is special and how special her powers are. There isn't as much good vs evil in this book for me it was more about Belle learning who she should be and what she has. I eagerly look forward to reading the next Manhattan Ten book,
