My Review
Sam is not having any luck finding a woman to take a place in his and his two children's hearts. he has plenty of offers but none of them seem right. Only one woman comes to his mind and that is Harper. They had a brief fling and she may be different from what he thinks is ideal woman is but she is who he keeps thinking about. Harper is hiding out on the farm she bought. She has had a few things make her leery of leaving her house. She has a stalker and is afraid to let anyone know. When she gets some bad news she knows she needs Sam. They come up with a plan to get married and while it starts out as a way to help Harper, Sam knows he wants her to stay for good.
Harper has to keep busy and loves to help people. It has been her job for years to help others out of a bad situation. She has some problems with crowds and has a panic attacks now. She doesn't want her problems to stop her from helping the Cupcake Lovers. She isn't sure how she will be as a mother but does great at thinking of their needs. Sam may be moody at times but he will do anything for his family. He also will do anything for Harper. I love how he teases her quite a bit. They both are wonderful people and even being different they are wonderful together.
I love this series and seeing more of the characters I have already grew to love. Sam and Harper deserve a happy ending. I love not just their story but the others as well. Daisy melted my heart in how young she shows she is at heart. There is an element of danger in this one and Sam shows he will do anything to protect Harper. This whole family is something special. You can read this one as a stand alone but I would read all of them as they are all great. If you enjoy a fabulous family and characters you just want to see more of be sure to read this one.
