Blurb
Olympic gold medalist skiers Jayla Stone and Rush Remington have been best friends for years. They’ve seen each other at their best and worst and have kept each other’s secrets without fail. Only there’s one secret Rush has kept close to his chest. After months of introspection, Rush realizes he’s been filling his bed but not tending to his heart. He’s changed his womanizing ways, and the only woman who can fill his heart has been right by his side all this time.

Years of intimate conversations and the sharing of hopes and dreams collide when Rush reveals his secret, and one toe-curling kiss changes everything between Rush and Jayla. They’re no match for the passion that kiss ignites, or the pull of true love. But being Rush’s best friend means knowing all about his revolving bedroom door—and Jayla has a secret of her own that could jeopardize her career andher relationship with Rush. Even their love may not be enough to overcome Rush’s past or secure Jayla’s future.

My Review
Jayla has been in love with her best friend Rush for years. They are both Olympic gold medalist skiers and have always been there for each other. Jayla knows everything about Rush including that he is a ladies man. They never keep secrets from each other other than the fact thy both love each other. Rush has took a look at his life and changed his ways. Jayla is the only woman he wants and he has to prove to her he is ready to settle down for her. However Jayla has one secret she hasn't told anyone. She is injured and may not be able to compete much longer. She worries if she can't Rush won't want her. They both have to sit down and talk before their chance of happiness disappears.

Jayla is a woman who doesn't give up easy. She is in pain but tries her best hide it and compete at least one more time. She loves Rush but is afraid to take a chance with him. She is a wonderful skier but she has problems believing that she is more than just a skier. Rush is sexy and knows all the right moves. However now he s a chaned man. He feels bad for all the things he did over the years and all the women he has been wit. He is very protective and caring towards Jayla and those he loves.

I really like how Jayla and Rush have been friends since they were kids and it grew into love. The author does a great job showing you how special a bond they have. I liked them as a couple and friends. Rush's idea for photo albums is very sweet. They have problems with his past and her stubbornness but they try their best to work through it. I love the heat between them as well. they clearly work well together in that area and using those fantasies they have had for years clearly was a good idea. You also get to see some of the people you already know and love if your a fan of this authors books like I am. I think we get a glimpse of some new characters that may come into play and I think I already love Jayla's brother. If you haven't read this series be sure to pick them up. They become like an extended family to you and you can't wait for more.
