My Review
Maia is on Earth for reasons that are not her fault. All because Orion doesn't want to take no for an answer. She just wants to get back to her home. What she doesn't expect is to fall for the good-looking scientist Zander. While she hides from Orion, Zander and Maia grow closer. Maia knows it will never work between them. What she fears is if she does make it home she will leave her heart behind on Earth.
Maia is fantastic! A Goddess who is strong, sweet and sexy. She has remarkably beautiful eyes but doesn't seem to show just how special she is. I love reading about her. Zander is the sexy scientist you secretly hope there is more of out their in the world outside of books. He is super nice, smart and he sure can sizzle up the pages. Orion is a jerk out for his own gain and you just know you are not going to like him from the word go.
I loved this book. Gives a different spin on Gods and Goddesses that I loved reading about. The book will suck you in and have you wanting more of it. Maia tries her best to hide what she is and fight the attraction to Zander. They have such great chemistry together and you keep hoping as you read this will be the chapter it finally happens for them. I have never been real big on stars and such but this book made me want to look things up about the stars in our sky. The book isn't only about love it has a good plot and is an excellent start to a series. I can not wait to read the other sisters stories and to see what happens with Maia and Zander.
